Olney Auto Tire & Truck Service Now Open

Olney Auto Tire & Truck Service opened May 8 and is located at 1106 W. Main St. in Olney, Texas. The owner, Ronnie Griffith, was born and raised in Olney. Because of his ties to the community, he is passionate about meeting the needs of the locals.

Freddie Voyles is the service manager who brings a wealth of knowledge about tires and auto mechanics.

Freddie, who is married to Ronnie’s daughter, Jacqueline Griffith, said, “Now since Ronnie is home, we can actually say the business is family-owned and operated.”

Jacqueline was born in Olney but raised in Breckenridge. She takes care of all accounting for the shop while enjoying the smalltown atmosphere.

There are two additional employees: Jenny Armstrong oversees all administrative duties, and Dino Kimbro works in the shop.

In addition to selling, mounting and repairing tires, Olney Auto Tire & Truck Service offers minor mechanical work, including brakes, shocks, struts and oil changes. They also provide field and road service.

“We will take care of you if you need tires or any kind of minor mechanic work. We will not do overhauls on motors, just basic mechanical services,” Griffith said.
