New officer sworn in

Olney Police Chief Dan Birbeck swore in the city’s newest police officer, Richard Fellowes, at the Sept. 12 city council meeting. Officer Fellowes’ wife pinned on his badge after the swearing-in. This is Officer Fellowes’ first commission as a police officer, Chief Birbeck said.
