Monster on the loose at Graham Regional Theatre

The Graham Regional Theatre performed a fan favorite, Young Frankenstein, for one of their major plays this summer. The Mel Brooks movie is a classic comedy parodying the original Frankenstein story. The troupe put on a masterful performance that had the crowd rolling in the aisles with laughter during the performances. Some Olneyites lent their acting chops to the play including Summer Branum who sang and performed in the ensemble.

The play was as much a musical as it was a more serious performance and just what attendees need for a summer break. Igor, played by Joseph Cyr of Olney, stole the show and put in a masterful performance that had the audience in stitches with laughter. Other standouts were Zach Berru as Doctor Frankenstein and Candace Barrett playing Inga.
