Lady Cubs earn District honors

Several Lady Cubs Volleyball players earned accolades for the 2023 season from District 2-7A.
Olney High School senior Jaylee Bowers #9 earned Blocker of the Year honors.
OHS senior Ellie Hinson #10 was named to the 1st Team All District.
Several players were named Academic All-District players, including freshman Braelyn Casteel, senior Ellie Hinson, senior Jaylee Bowers, senior Brianna Galindo and sophomore Morgan Simmons.
Several Olney players also earned Honorable Mentions, including Natalie Rodriguez, Emily Marquez, Brianna Galindo and Morgan Simmons.
