District Atty announces May plea agreements
DISTRICT ATTORNEY DEE PEAVY
Cases pled in the 90th Judicial District Court for the Month of May: Allison Beth Fowler, (45 years of age): Newcastle, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B – One Gram or More but Less Than Four Grams – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to six (6) years confinement in the Texas Department Criminal Justice – Institutional Division (TDCJ-ID), and was ordered to pay $2,500 fine and court cost.
Allison Beth Fowler, pled guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B – Less Than One Gram-Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to six (6) years of confinement in the TDCJ-ID, and was ordered to pay court cost and restitution.
Rebekah Renee Emmons, (44 years of age): Olney, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B – One Gram or More but Less Than Four Grams – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to four (4) years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $3,500 fine, restitution and court cost.
Yostin Gonzalez- Chanax, (25 years of age): Tholmton, Colorado, pled guilty to the offense of Smuggling of Persons, and was sentenced to three (3) years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $750 fine and court cost.
Medardo Sanchez Gonzalez, (54 years of age): Loving, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Driving While Intoxicated – Lesser Included Offense, and was sentenced to eighteen (18) months Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $1,500 fine and court cost.
