District Atty announces June plea agreements

Christina Fern Fisher, (43 years of age): Olney, Texas, pled true to the offense of Fail to Comply Sex Offender Duty to Register – Life/ Annual, and was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division (TDCJ-ID), and was ordered to pay court cost.

Christina Fern Fisher, pled true to the offense of Fail to Comply Sex Offender Duty to Register – Life/Annual, and was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in the TDCJ-ID, and was ordered to pay $250 fine and court cost.

Stanley Kirk Ondricek, (47 years of age): Olney, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Violation of Bond/Protective Order Two Or More Times Within Twelve Months, and was sentenced to ten (10) years Community Supervision and was ordered to pay court cost.

Stanley Kirk Ondricek, pled guilty to the offense of Continuous Violence Against the Family, and was sentenced ten (10) years Community Supervision and was ordered to pay $5,000 fine and court cost.

Zachery Aron Horton, (31 years of age): Olney, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penaly Group 1/1-B – Four Grams or More But Less Than 200 Grams – Fentanyl – Lesser Included Offense, and was sentenced to eight (8) years Community Supervision and was ordered to pay $2,000 fine, court cost and restitution.

Michael Ray Flores, (41 years of age): Loving, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon, and was sentenced to six (6) years Community Supervision and was ordered to pay $250 fine and court cost.

Amanda Michelle Villalpando, (34 years of age): Olney, Teas, pled guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B – Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to three (3) years Community Supervision and was ordered to pay $500 fine and court cost.
