DA Peavy settles Olney cases
District Attorney Dee Peavy settled the following cases in the 90th Judicial District Court in November: Jason Martinez, Jr., 19, of Olney pled true to violating his probation agreement by committing the offense of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was sentenced to eight years in state prison and ordered to pay the remaining fine and court costs.
Sidney Ryan Holt, 46, of Olney pled guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was sentenced to five years in state prison and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and court costs.
Wendell Wayne Clark, 62, of Olney pled true to violating his probation by committing the offense of injury to a child/elderly/disabled individual with intentional bodily injury. He was sentenced to three years in state prison, and ordered to pay a fine and court costs. Robin Rebecca Reeves, 30, of Olney pled true to violating her probation agreement by committing the offense of injury to an elderly individual with intentional bodily injury. She was sentenced to two years confinement in state prison and ordered to pay her remaining court costs.
