Felisiano Ray Villalpando, (23 years of age): Olney, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver Penalty Group 1/1-B – Four Grams or More but Less Than 200 Grams - Methamphetamine and was sentenced to twenty (20) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institution Division (TDCJ-ID), and ordered to pay $5,000 fine and court costs.

Justin Neal Youngblood, (37 years of age): Newcastle, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Burglary of Building – Lesser Included Offense and was sentenced to twenty-four (24) months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division (TDCJ-SJ), and was ordered to pay $500 fine and court costs. Page 2 of 3 Justin Chanse Neal, (51 years of age): Olney, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B – One Gram ore More but Less Than Four Grams – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to ten (10) years community supervision, and was ordered to pay $1,000 fine, restitution, and court costs; Justin Chanse Neal, pled guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B – Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to five (5) years community supervision, and was ordered to pay restitution and court costs.

Robert Jeremy Belyeu, (51 years of age): Newcastle, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B – Less Than One Gram - Methamphetamine and was sentenced to five (5) years community supervision, and ordered to pay $1,500 fine and court costs.

April Louann Brown, (37 years of age): Olney, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Hinder Apprehension or Prosecution of Known Felon and was sentenced to three (3) years community supervision, and ordered to pay court costs.

Valentine Sanchez, (60 years of age): Newcastle, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B – Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to three (3) years community supervision, and ordered to pay $750 fine and court costs.
