Court Cases pled in the 90th Judicial District Court for the Month of August:
Christian Aranda, 28, of Olney, pled guilty to injury to a child/elderly/disabled individual with intentional bodily injury and was sentenced to six years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. She was ordered to pay $5,000 in fines, restitution, and court costs.
Andrew James Graves, 20, of Newcastle, pled guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and was sentenced to five years of community supervision and ordered to pay $500 in fines and court costs.
Mack Ward Hamrick, 37, of Olney, pled guilty to assault on a family/house member - impeding breath/ circulation and was sentenced to five years of community supervision, and ordered to pay a $750 fine and court costs.
Georgia Megan Ramirez, 32, of Olney, pled guilty to abandoning or endangering a child - criminal negligence and was sentenced to five years of community supervision. She was ordered to pay a $750 fine and court costs.
Tony Dwayne Clayton, 54, of Olney pled guilty to forgery of a financial instrument and was sentenced to three years of community supervision and ordered to pay restitution and court costs.
Brittany Guzman, 34, of Olney, pled guilty to abandoning or endangering a child with criminal negligence and was sentenced to three years of community supervision, and ordered to pay restitution and court costs.
Michael Shane Speers, 47, of Olney, pled guilty to making a terroristic threat and was sentenced to two years of community supervision, and ordered to pay a $250 fine and court costs.
Charity Lynn Heath, 38, of Olney, pled guilty to criminal trespass and was sentenced to one year of community supervision and ordered to pay a $250 fine and court costs.
