Atmos Donates to Utility Relief Program

Residents who are struggling to pay their natural gas bills may be able to find help through programs supported by Atmos Energy and local nonprofit agencies.

Atmos Energy recently provided a second $15,000 donation to Rolling Plains Management, an organization that helps residents across several North Texas counties with energy assistance. The company made a previous $15,000 donation in fall 2025, continuing its effort to support customers facing financial hardship.

Atmos officials said the company has long focused on helping customers keep their utilities connected through partnerships with nonprofit organizations and community programs.

For customers who may be having difficulty paying their bills, Atmos Energy offers its “Share the Warmth” program, which provides assistance through charitable contributions and community partnerships.

Residents can inquire about the program by calling Atmos Energy customer service at 1-888-286-6700.

Additional help may also be available through Rolling Plains Management, which serves residents in Young County and several neighboring counties, including Archer, Baylor, Clay, Foard, Hardeman, Montague, Wichita and Wilbarger.

Officials encourage customers who may need assistance to contact Atmos Energy or Rolling Plains Management to learn about eligibility and available resources.
