Archer & Gunn hires social media savvy manager

Archer & Gunn Mercantile has been around Olney for a few years now and the owner Reid Miller decided to bring in a social media savvy manager, Luke Leonard, to take over the reins of the daily operations of the unique outdoor store that features many bigname brands like Yeti, Goodr, Filson, Sitka, Howler Bros, Bare Bones and many other popular brands.

Leonard says his plan for the direction of the store will be to focus on social media and bringing in more quality products at an affordable price as well as continue to offer the great quality products that Archer & Gunn are known for. The store is mainly an outdoor hunting, fishing and camping store but does provide other unique items as well. The store has an impressive Yeti collection that fills an entire wall. Leonard said he was happy to give up his job in a cubicle to be able to be in the heart of the community in downtown Main Street in Olney and watch fellow community members and friends come and go. Leonard enjoys welcoming the community into the mercantile to help them find all the gear they need and even some they might not know they needed.
