6th consecutive UIL win for OES

Olney Elementary School won the University Interscholastic League competition on Dec. 2, besting elementary school teams from Windthorst, Seymour, Archer City, Nocona and Petrolia. This is the sixth win in a row for OES. OES Principal Gunter Rodriguez and UIL Coordinator Kimberli Cuba hold the winning plaque.

“We beat our record of points at 949.7 points for the entire event,” Ms. Cuba said. “Previously, our record was 931. We are SUPER PROUD of our kids!!!”

RESULTS: Overall 1st Place Champions six years in a row.
