Young County Visited By the Evangelistic Drive-in Circus

On July 10, the drivein circus came to Graham, Tx. Dubbed “the world’s very first drive-in circus” it was formed as a result of COVID-19 and is completely set up outdoors to accommodate social distancing. When picturing a circus most envision an oversized red and white big top tent, tigers, lions and elephants. This circus, however, was not like that at all.

The acts were more ‘man oriented’ than the typical circus that focuses mostly on the animals. The show had tons of variety and featured many acts from Texas all the way to South America and from Florida all the way to the Ukraine. There was the X-Metal Riders in the globe of death, aerialists and motorcycle daredevils. One of the main attractions was the Dominguez Poodle Review from “America’s Got Talent”. Dominguez is a fifth-generation circus performer and fourth-generation motorcycle rider.

Another note-worthy act entailed the Ring Leader, Bryan Jackson. Jackson was the only man to ever wheelie across the Hoover Dam and also holds multiple other world records. From Eastland, Texas and known as “Preacher Man”, Jackson paused the events of the circus to pray with the attendees and led a short church service.

The show was produced to share a positive message to all the families using world-class talent to glorify God. According to their website, www.driveincircusshow.com, their performances for the remainder of the month are in Andrews, Texas. You can go to the website to see the show dates, times and pre-order tickets.
