Rogers celebrate 65 years

Kenneth and Brenda Rogers will celebrate their 65th anniversary from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 11 at the Olney Country Club. Kenneth Rogers and the former Brenda Meadows were married on June 6, 1958, at the First Baptist Church in Throckmorton. Kenneth retired from Texas-New Mexico Power Company in 1994 after 35 years of service. He continues to farm and ranch on family land south of Olney. Brenda worked for Haggar Slacks for many years and continues to work as the secretary at Cumberland Presbyterian Church. They are members of First Baptist Church in Olney and enjoy following the grandkids around in their endeavors.

Kenneth and Brenda have two children, Natalie and husband Garl Carnley, Stacey and wife Penny (Bailey) Rogers. They have two grandchildren, Kati Terry and Jonathan Rogers.
