The Refuge multiplies knowledge and adds to summer fun

The Refuge hosted a week-long Jump Start Math Camp from Monday, August 6 to Friday, August 10. The camp was held from 9:30 a.m. to 11:55 a.m. each day, with a free lunch provided at 12 p.m. The camp, led by Refuge tutoring program director Anne McQueen, gave students the opportunity to practice math facts with classmates, play math games, talk about math and play other games and activities.
