The Refuge kicks off Turkey Trot at Griffin Park

The Refuge hosted its annual Turkey Trot at Tom Griffin Park on Saturday on an afternoon of spectacular fall weather. The 3K run through Olney attracted a horde of kids and adults, some in costumes, to raise money for Keep Olney Beautiful.

This year, Pretty Girl Fitness showcased a 1980’s theme workout routine, led the traditional turkey dance warmup, group photo and run through Olney.

The Refuge is a Christian Community Center in Olney that offers after- school programs, a safe place of worship, a gym, basketball court, activity center, and many more safe fun family activities.
