Pizza with pizzazz

This summer, Olney had a visitor creating a commotion in the streets. Not a bad commotion - a delicious one!

The Green Inforno mobile pizza wagon has been coming to Olney on Monday evenings to create and sell some of its uniquely delectable pizza and desserts. The wagon prepares Neapolitan style pizza in a wood-fired, old-style oven that bakes pizza at 900 degrees in 90 seconds with the freshest ingredients, according their website.

The wagon currently serves at one location in Seymour, Texas on Wednesdays and Fridays, and one location in Munday, Texas on Tuesdays.
