Olneyites visit Haven River Inn

Last week we shared Olneyites travel experience at Haven River Inn located in Comfort, Texas. Pictured to the left are the group from Olney standing on the steps of the Victorian Style mansion.

The Lamb’s Tale Ministry—a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization provides respite care at the Haven River Inn for those in full-time ministry. The inn has a capacity for 44 guests--26 guests in the main house and 18 guests in the four additional cottages. Some of the amenities include a swimming pool, wrap-around porch, walking trails to the Guadalupe River.

Rev. Harrell Braddock said, “The Haven River Inn was an amazing place too. It was a very peaceful place on the Guadalupe River. The accommodations were top notch and very inviting. I look forward to spending time there in the near future for a time of spiritual renewal.”

Sally Bernhardt said, “I enjoyed spending time at Haven River Inn. We plan to return, and we will tell everyone about this place.”
