Olney High School UIL Results

Forty-six OHS students traveled to Archer City on Friday, March 24, and Monday, March 27, to compete in the District UIL contest. Olney placed first with a total of 754.5 points out of 1,645 points awarded. Out of the students competing, thirty-three will advance to Regional on April 21-22. Regional contest will be held at Grayson College in Denison, Texas.

“This is the best showing of advancements and placings that I can remember. I have been associated with UIL for several years. Even though we have won District for the last 3 years, we have never won all but one first-place plaque. That happened this year!” UIL Coordinator Sherry Livingston said.
