Olney Health Fair draws large crowd for care

Hamilton Hospital hosted our Annual Health Fair Saturday, October 12, 2024, in the Olney Civic Center.

Some of the main attractions for the event were the FREE cholesterol screenings, as well as the Carotid Dopplers. Positive Country was on hand for a Live Broadcast, thank you Mr. Edgington.

Over 35 vendors were on hand to advertise the amazing health care services available to our community.

Some of the vendors included Centerwell Home Care, Beyond Faith Hospice, Clear Path, Olney Family Dentistry, Area on Aging, P.R.E.T.T.Y. Girl Fitness, The Refuge, Ellison, AgriLife, Greyston, Cub Nutrition, Senior Cub Center, Texas Oncology, Olney PD, Olney Retired Teachers, With Love, Senior Services, WIC, Peace of Mind, Beyond Faith Homecare, Refuge Care, and Texas Department of State Health Services.

We are so grateful for the number of vendors that help make the event a success. Our staff plays an intricate role in ensuring the Health Fair is successful by showcasing the incredible services provided here at OHH; like Olney Rehab and Wellness, Olney Family Clinic, Olney Wound Care Center, OHH Nursing Services, Radiology Department, Dietary Services as well as our remarkable Laboratory Department. The Hamilton Hospital Auxiliary was also present promoting their current fundraiser of Pecan Sales.
