OHS Graduating Class of 1954 Reunites

The Olney High School graduating class of 1954 held their 65th reunion Saturday, June 1 at Hwy 114 Restaurant. There were some last-minute cancellations, but still had 13 class members and nine guests. Attending were Jim and Mary (Walsh) Shilling of Pampa, TX. Shirley (Partain) Welch and daughter Leigh of Van Alstyne, TX. Rita (Nugent) Benner and daughter Holly of Richardson, TX. Jim Sartin of Allen, TX. Bill and Pat Brazelton of Ft. Worth, TX. Leona (Magee) Burkham of Knox City, TX. Chester Butts and friend Charles Arnett of Wichita Falls, TX. Norma (Mullinax) Walker and daughter Melissa also of Wichita Falls, TX. Janice (Groves) Alsup and son Shane of Archer City, TX. Donald and Brenda Boydston, Don and Louise Estridge, Gib Wright, and Phyllis Whitsitt all of Olney, TX. A good time was enjoyed by all with plans to meet again in June 2020.
