OHS Athletes Celebrate Year of Highs, Lows
The Olney Athletic Booster Club hosted the annual Olney High School Athletic Banquet last week. OHS students, parents, friends and community members descended upon The Refuge to celebrate a year of success and memories. OHS Athletic Director and Head Cub Football Coach Dustin Altmiller gave a powerful speech to a packed house, touching on many points including bringing the OHS sports program back to a high level of success.
Big Luvs catered for the event with BBQ baked potatoes, banana pudding and various drink options. This event would not be possible without the endless hours of work from the Olney Athletic Booster Club. The booster club stepped up their game this year with many dinners, events and even a newspaper, all to showcase and support the OHS student athletes. This week, the Enterprise will showcase the event, volleyball and cross-country standouts.
