Annual Coloring and Drawing Contest: and the Winners Are...

This issue of Olney Enterprise is the “We Give Thanks” issue that has appeared sporadically throughout the past few decades. The publishers and staff of the past and present pause to recognize what our children are grateful for, which is reflected in the fifth-grade drawings. The smaller childrenkindergarten through second grade— express their gratitude through the creative coloring of Thanksgiving pictures.

We believe it is essential to give children the platform to share their thoughts and feelings. Our goal is to continue this tradition that has been supported by our local businesses and residents for which we are grateful. Also, we are appreciative for the cooperation of the Olney Elementary teachers and staff who partner with us to make this annual Thanksgiving special section feasible.
