Spotlight on Coach Caffey

Coach Meredith Caffey is the new head girls basketball coach for OHS. She graduated high school in 2001. Then she graduated from Sul Ross State University in Alpine in 2005. In college she was a fouryear letterman in Track & Field, FCA President and a two year All-Conference Thrower. Some fun facts about Coach Caffey are that she married her husband, Coach Jacobs, on July 12 this year. She also named her dog Court because she coaches basketball. Both of her parents and all of her siblings have coached before. And lastly she loves Christmas, the color pink and sunflowers.
