Lady Cubs Show Heart Against Rival Trojanettes

The Lady Cubs hosted the Windthorst Trojanettes for the fourth round in district play. The Lady Cubs brought the excitement and heart to the gym against their rival Windthorst Trojanettes but came up just a little short, losing the series 3-2 in a close back-and-forth battle. The game was the Lady Cubs Pink Out game; many athletes around the nation wear and show pink in the month of October to show support and raise awareness for breast cancer. For more information on breast cancer and the importance of early detection, please visit BreastCancer.org. The Lady Cubs travel to Nocona on October 16 to battle the Lady Indians for one of only three games left for district standing before the playoff rounds begin. Fight on, Lady Cubs!
