Olney High School hosts Meet the Cubs

Olney High School hosted its very popular Meet the Cubs event and the community turned out and filled the stands to meet this year’s athletes, band members and cheerleaders.

It was an exciting night, long anticipated after a slow, hot summer with not much to do in between travel leagues and summer camps.

Many, including myself, look forward to all the excitement of what fall brings to Olney when the first bell rings for the new school year.

Friday Night Lights, the Pride of Olney High School Band’s [POOHS] amazing music, the action of volleyball, cross country and the cheering, stunting and dance routines of the OHS Cheerleaders are what will create memories and friendships that will last a lifetime.
