Cubs Varsity Basketball

The Olney Cubs varsity basketball team faced the Midway Falcons Friday, Nov. 16, at the high school gym. The tension during the game was palpable as the fans cheered on the Cubs who it seemed at times were playing not only against the other team, but also against the in the third quarter and 19 in the fourth quarter. The Falcons scored 6 points in the first quarter, 9 points in the second quarter, 13 points in the third quarter, and 11 points in the fourth quarter. The final score was 57-39.
