Publisher’s Points to Ponder in less than 200 Words

Hello, and Happy New Year! Almost everyone I talk to is looking forward to a good year. Is that something we tell ourselves at the beginning of every new year? Have you ever heard anyone actually say, “This is going to be a bad year?” Not likely.

While thinking about the new year, I pondered over a bunch of topics I would like to share my opinion about. The question is, do you want to read about my opinion on the subjects that interest me? I think you would be inclined to be more engaged on topics that interest you and most others. With this in mind, I would like to get your input on the topics you would like me to write about. If I claim to be a writer, I should be able to write about any subject, so bring it on. What do you want me to talk about?

Feel free to share with me those little nuances that drive you crazy, such as people who stop at a green light. Or what about the neigbor’s dog who enjoys barking at 2 a.m. when he is relieving himself in the yard. Oh wait, that’s my dog!

It is not my intention to make anyone feel horrible about “those little things that drive others crazy.” It is simply about bringing light to something that we can all grow from. I do lots of things that I am not aware I do until someone asks, “Hey, why do you do that?”

Oh, and I plan to write about the topics you select in less than 200 words. I hope you will help me sharpen my skills to be a concise writer by sending your suggestions to editor@olneyenterprise.com, or text me 940.227.4358.
