Letters to Santa

This one is for everyone who still believes in Santa.

Every year, Olney Enterprise works with the teachers and staff at Olney Elementary School to ensure we publish those letters to Santa that are written by the students. Since Santa subscribes to Olney Enterprise, we thought this would be a quick way to let Santa know what the Olney children want for Christmas. Sometimes, some children miss this opportunity, or may not be attending the school. So, for all the kids who want to get their letters to Santa, you have until Dec. 14 to get it in the mail.

USPS Operation Santa makes mailing letters to Santa easy with three simple steps listed on the USPS Operation Santa website. 1) Write Santa’s mailing address in the middle of the envelope. Make sure you use this exact address:  Santa – 123 Elf Road – North Pole, 88888. Also, write your full name and address in the upper left corner. Then apply a first-class stamp in the upper right. 2) You may write your own letter or print a letter template from www.uspsoperationsanta.com. 3) Include all the details about the items you request. If you need ideas, there are examples of letters you can review on the site.

If you miss the Dec. 14 deadline, do not worry. You can give Santa a call at 951-262-3062. Check out the 12/19 issue for letters.
