Young, Jack County Republicans discuss election, policy in Jacksboro

Young County Republicans met last week with their Jack County counterparts at a dinner at the Concerned Citizens Community Center in Jacksboro.

Rep. David Spiller and State Republican Executive Chairwoman Rachel Horton gave attendees insight into the 88th Legislative Session and the special session now dealing with property tax relief.

The attendees from Young County included Sheriff Travis Babcock and Young County GOP Chairman Kyle Milam. Justice Dabney Bassel and Justice J. Wade Birdwell, of the Second Court of Appeals, also were among the guests.
