Homecoming for Olney High School kicks off on August 26, when the Cubs take on the Alvord Bulldogs. Although Homecoming usually means a parade down Main Street led by the Pride of Olney High School Marching Band then a bonfire at Griffin Park, the bonfire has been canceled because of dry conditions and a burn ban.

The OHS Cheerleaders fought hard to keep the rest of the tradition alive and the parade will go on. Homecoming Queen and Homecomng Hunk will be named and crowned at the Cub/Bulldog game.

Keep an eye on the OHS Facebook page for more details. Meet the Cubs will take place at Cub Field, on August 18 at Cub Stadium after the Cubs scrimmage game against Electra.

The Cub Booster Club, volunteers and OHS Cheerleaders are working hard to make this a big success. Please come out and support your Olney Cubs this season.
