Friends of Fort Belknap continue Second Saturday Living History program

The Friends of Fort Belknap’s Second Saturday Living History Program continues on Nov. 10.
The theme of the program is tanning, and will include lessons on the various techniques used for turning animal hides into useable leather and buckskin. The program will also feature a handson demonstration of steps for tanning by various methods.
The program is held in Fort Belknap, Texas from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Youth program is from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. The program is open to all ages and the cost is $3 per person.
