“A Beautiful Oops” at OCLAC

The Olney Community Library and Arts Center (OCLAC) continued their summer of fun programs by bringing in storyteller and musician, Rochelle Rabouin.

The program Rabouin bases her program on is from a book by Barney Saltzburg, written around 10 years ago. Rabouin said, “The program is just a fun little program!” The fun, interactive program begins after an introduction, then the kids learn how to sing the Beautiful Oops song. Then Rabouin read the children’s book, Beautiful Oops!

Next on the agenda, the children sat at tables and drew some Oops, which the kids turned into Beautiful Oops! Rabouin said, “You see what they can do using their imaginations.”

The summer program at the OCLAC is a set of fun, interactive events and programs, much anticipated each summer by the children and parents of the Olney area.
