Earlier this summer, I planned a trip to visit relatives. One possible outing involved the Kennedy Center for a performance of “The Play That Goes Wrong.” The visit never happened, but my interest in the play remained. When Theatre Denton announced that it was on their fall lineup, I was happy for the chance to see it.
The Olney Junior High School will be putting on a One Act Play for parents Sunday, Nov. 12, and again on Sunday, Nov. 19. The One Act Play contest will be held Wednesday, Nov. 15. The name of this play is called, “Once Upon a Clothesline.”
Less than a week until the eventful day of Santa’s arrival! Children are getting wide-eyed and giddy with anticipation! Their stockings are hung and trees, glittering with twinkling lights, have appeared in most homes. So, what started this tradition, this trend?
