Lady Cubs Celebrate Senior Night with friends and family

The OHS Lady Cubs softball players celebrated Senior Night during their last game of the season.

The Lady Cubs ended the season with a win against Perrin-Whitt, beating their rivals 16-1.

Before the game began, the Lady Cub Seniors were escorted to the pitcher’s mound by family or friends as tradition dictates. Once at the mound, the Seniors accolades were announced and a photo was taken.

The season has had its ups and downs but the Seniors will always remember their last season fondly when looking back in years to come, memories filled with friendships made, late night bus rides home from games filled with sometimes laughter, sometimes tears and sometimes silence.

This group of Seniors have become a sisterhood who will always be bonded as teammates.
