NOTICE OF SALE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF YOUNG
By virtue of orders of sale and a writ of execution issued out of the 90TH, Judicial District Court of Young County, Texas, by the Clerk of the Court on the 9TH day of AUGUST, 2010, in the following numbered and styled suit and to me directed and delivered, I, as Sheriff of Young County, did on August 25, 2010, levy upon and will, on the first Tuesday in OCTOBER, 2010, the same being the 5TH day of such month at the North door of the Young County Courthouse, in the City of Graham, Texas, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., beginning at 10:00 a.m. proceed to sell for cash to the highest bidder all the right, title and interest of the defendants in the following suit in and to the following described real estate levied upon as the property of the defendants in each respective suit, to wit: Suit No.: 4445 Style: OLNEY INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT VS. Ave E, Olney, TX; Suit No.: 3244 Style: OLNEY INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT VS. ROBERT'S FLOWERLAND Judgment: $ 21,969.92 Property: Tract 3: Being the East 65 feet of Lot 4, Block 2, Groves 3rd Addition to the City of Olney, as more particularly described in a deed recorded in Volume 388 at Page 466 of the Deed Records of Young County, Texas; 602 W. Main, Olney, TX; Tract 4: Being the South 100 feet of Block 10, Bloodworth 1st Addition to the City of Olney, as more particularly described in a deed recorded in Volume 433 at Page 271 of the Deed Records of Young County, Texas; 402 W. Payne, Olney, TX; All the property sold will be subject to the owner's right of redemption. The redemption period is two years for homestead, minerals and agricultural use property and six months for all other property. Purchasers shall receive a Sheriff's Deed that is without warranty.
